Treat yourself to 2 hours and 15mins of gentle movement & deep relaxation. These sessions are a gift to the body, potentially offering both a general battery recharge and also a deeper cleansing and energetic reset. Alice will teach 1 hour of Vinyasa Flow Yoga suitable for all levels. Her class will include a short Pranayama, meditation & end with a Shavasana. This will be followed by a 1 hour Soundbath by Nina, including guided meditation, intention setting, gongs, crystal bowls and many other instruments.
